Delivery & Service Policy

After you book and pay, you receive an order confirmation, and our team contacts you to schedule the visit. During business hours we aim to respond within 2 hours on average and to attend to standard requests within 24–48 hours, with same-day slots for emergency repairs where available. On-site services are currently offered across Lagos; for locations outside Lagos, contact us for a custom arrangement.

Software licenses, subscription access, and platform onboarding are delivered electronically — instantly or, for provisioned platforms, the same business day — to the email associated with your account, and are available in your account dashboard. Technical requirements (supported browsers, operating systems, or connectivity) are noted on the relevant product page. For custom development, delivery milestones are agreed in your project scope.

Delivery zones. We deliver within Lagos and nationwide across Nigeria via trusted courier partners.

Lead times. Lagos deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days; other states within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery fees. Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.

Tracking. Once your order is dispatched we share tracking details by email or WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.

If a delivery is delayed or fails, if you cannot access a purchased license or platform, or if an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and we will resolve it. Refunds or replacements, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.
