By accessing our website, creating an account, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Use of the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate booking and delivery information. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any software, license keys, or subscriptions obtained through Fixit Hub except as expressly permitted in writing.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay; by paying, you also agree to the processor’s terms. Guest checkout is available. An order or booking is confirmed only once payment is received or, for certain services, once a Fixit Hub representative confirms the appointment.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, and all software and platforms developed by Fixit Hub, including code, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are the property of FIXIT HUB LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software supplied to you remains subject to its own licence terms.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Service Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care using vetted technicians and engineers. Except where required by law, services and products are provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixit Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability arising out of or relating to any order or booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order or booking.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
